I KNOW I KNOW...
I know it has been several days since I have written a blog. I frankly don't know what to write. I am so frustrated with the idiocy and the apparent ADHD that has plagued our government, that I don't know where to start! What is true? What isn't. How can we, as United States citizens tell? Where the heck is the 'reset' button? I would like to press it and have everything go back to the way it was when our forefathers FOUGHT for our freedoms. You know, the ones that we have lost many of because of our apathy. We have gotten so wrapped up in 'keeping up', that we have forgotten to watch the flock. I wonder when it happened...when did it go to the governmental officials working to satisfy us...to...us following behind scratching our...heads. It is astounding to me that one of the main reasons that this country was founded, was freedom of religion. HA! What a joke THAT was has turned out to be. We now have freedom of NO religion. It has virtually become a 'don't ask don't tell idea'. CHRISTIANS....we are the extreme majority here. Therefore, according to the customs of OTHER countries...that should be the main religion. I am not saying that the other beliefs should be null in void. I am saying that, I am not going to the mideast and force them to stop celebrating and teaching their citizens about the Muslim religion. Should I be there, I would simply EXPLAIN to my children that that is what they believe. That XYZ religion is what we believe. Pretty simple. R-E-S-P-E-C-T. This is the United States of America (for those who forgot). We are a Christian based country. We speak English. We try to welcome anyone who is coming here after the 'American Dream'. After all. That is what brought us here. However, if you are coming here because of our welfare system...stay home. It is already completely drained with the economy. With all of our 'jobs' being sent out of the country. So. I guess I had more on my mind than I thought. Any comments (for or against) my opinions, are welcome. As long as they are constructive. I will immediately delete anything that is otherwise. You don't agree with me? Convince me. Lets discuss it like grown ups. God Bless our Country. May we pull it back together again...together.

Contagious Apathy-Who will be the Hero???
The founding forefathers would, and probably are turning over in their graves. The changes our government have instituted, because, I believe we are apathetic and uneducated about the laws and bills that are passed. They are generally appalling to the majority of our population. Noone dares stand up for what is right, for fear of their possible political suicide. Where are the heros that will say STOP! This is way past enough! Insanity is reigning. Apathy is our most contagious terrorist. Remember the days when we said a prayer at the beginning of every school day? Remember saying the PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE and getting goosebumps because we are a part of something so amazing? They (our elected officials) have allowed the most heinous rape of this country, in its history. Nobody really knows what they are 'fighting for or against'. They only care who is giving them the biggest contribution to their funds. I know there are a few, not many more than that, that are really fighting the real fight. Is this harsh? I hope that it dances on the edge of harsh and crystal clear. I am so afraid for us. I am so scared for the condition that we are leaving for our prodigy to clean up. How fair is that? We have REALLY screwed things up. It is time now to first, educate ourselves, then educate those around us. We need to learn EVERYTHING that the officials are doing. The bills and laws that are being passed on the tail of other bills. My intent is to educate myself, and those would like to read about what I have learned.
The dozens of changes, deletions, and additions to the Constitution are shocking. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say...this is the way it SHOULD be, unless it hurts somebody's itty bitty feel bads. We take God out of everything, because of the relatively small population who choose not to believe in God. We alter everything for the minority not the majority. That is the whole idea of what they were trying to accomplish. Majority rules. Other countries aren't being so weak. Yes, I said WEAK. You don't see the mideast taking Allah out of everything they believe in, just in case it might get some kid teased at school. They stand strong. They take persecution. But, we know what they believe. WHAT DO WE BELIEVE? When did we become so weak? What are we afraid of? We are an extremely medicated country. We look for the easiest way out. We get an owie, we run for pain meds. We get our heart broke in a break up...prozac will fix that. Bored? get a Number 1 at McDees...supersize it, please. Frustrated? Ice Cream for that. When did we decide that we didn't want to FEEL anything? As a country, we are negate of any true emotion. Except maybe greed. The 7 greatest sins? Going strong. And before you start thinking that I am judging, just know that the reason that I feel this way, is because I live it too. And I am so sick of it. Sick enough to try to shake things up a little to make things better. FOR everyone. I personally don't care what your religion is, or isn't. I don't care if you are a hetro or homosexual, I don't care if you are purple, green or orange. But, can't we all be who we are without squishing someone elses life? When did we get so mean? Guns in schools? Why are these kids so frustrated? Hello? Can't we be aware enough of the people around us? Can't we get people help BEFORE the catastrophe that ruins so many lives? When are we going to start caring again? I think we need to send everyone through kindergarten again. We have forgotten 'the rules'. If you can't say something nice...

Day one...
What to say...I have been raised in a very 'Patriotich' family. Throughout the years I have had alot of different opinions and ideas, based on the rumors and news blurbs. I never felt like little ol' me would ever matter anyway, so I sat on those ideas and opinions. However, with media era in its full blown glory. I am able to start voicing my frustrations and ideas. Will anyone read them? I hope so. If not...I shall still write them. This is to voice my own visions. Like them or not, agree or not. I shall bear them in all their glory. I do respect Constructive critisism. It is the fastest and most efficient way to learn. However, I will not allow any intentional negativity to reamain on my blog. Something else that I am certain will come up through out this adventure is my choice of spirituality. Now I call it that, because, to me, it is spiritual. I belong to the LDS faith. Of course it 'colours' my visions, ideas and opinions. However, I would hope that it wouldn't negate them. I am going to lay my little head on my pillow and hopefully have some body refueling. My next blogs will likely focus more on my goals, ideas and hopes. I am afraid for the 20 somethings. Not many even care if they vote or not. This gives the power to men and women, who live who knows where. They get to dictate what is right for our country. Our State. Our County. Our cities and towns. And in the end...our homes. We must become educated. We must be involved in the decisions. We must demand that our Elected Officials do what we paid them to do.
